By accessing or using our Site or using our services, the user (you) signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may prevent, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and the Services if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms.
1Accounts
You need an account for most activities on the Site. By signing on the platform and creating an account you confirm that you are the age of majority and competent of entering into a contract in your country.
You agree and undertake to provide true, correct, accurate and complete information, including your:
- Name
- Phone number (if required)
Please do not share your Account details or personal information with others. Any harm or loss suffered on account of an unauthorized disclosure or access of your Account shall be borne by you.
2User Conduct
You agree to participate in any Services with sincerity and diligence. You shall not indulge in activities that amount to:
- ✕ Harassment of other users, instructors, or personnel.
- ✕ Disparaging, defaming, or bringing disrepute to any person.
- ✕ Showing hostility, bullying, or creating disharmony.
- ✕ Sharing accounts or downloading content illegally.
- ✕ Using automated scripts (scraping) to access the platform.
3Course and Content
By creating an Account you shall receive access to videos, text, or other material (Content). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Courses solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
You may not resell the course, display, distribute, or make available any Course or Content on the Platform to any third party in any manner, for a fee or otherwise.
4Payments & Refunds
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for the Services that you purchase. We reserve the right to disable access to any Service for which we have not received adequate payments.
Refund Policy
Refund available within 3 days of batch start.
100% refund if only the first 2 lectures are consumed. Prorated thereafter.
Full refund available within 7 days from the start of the course. After that, no refunds will be initiated.

7Our Role & Disclaimers
We are not a University. We do not recommend use of the Dezine Academy platform in substitution of an educational institution such as a school, college or university.
We do not guarantee admission in any educational institution or procurement of a job by accessing the Platform.
Use at your own risk: We do not provide any warranty or guarantee relating to any of our Services, and they are provided on an ‘as-is’ basis.
9Liability & Disputes
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
IN NO EVENT WILL DEZINE ACADEMY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE DAMAGES EXCEED INR 1000.
Governing Law
The Agreement between you and Company will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
